Projections
Projections are read models derived from committed domain events. API v1 exposes loan activity, ledger activity and product publication views together with projection checkpoints.
Consistency model
Section titled “Consistency model”A successful command may become visible in a projection after a short delay. The command response or authoritative aggregate remains the source for immediate confirmation; projections support operational search and reporting.
Read /api/projections/status to inspect the last processed event and lag for each projection. Alerting should consider sustained lag, not a single transient value.
Safe consumption
Section titled “Safe consumption”- Store the returned projection version or last event identifier when incremental reconciliation matters.
- Do not post financial entries from a projection record.
- Re-read by entity ID when a list result may have been produced before a recent command.
- Treat a projection payload as a versioned public representation, not the internal event stream.
