Create and inspect an account

Required permission: finance.write to create, finance.read to inspect.

  1. Create the account

  2. Read the current balance

  3. Page through the statement

    When next_cursor is present, send it as cursor on the next request. A statement entry includes its direction, amount, currency, resulting balance and posting timestamp.

Monetary amounts are decimal strings. Never parse them with binary floating-point arithmetic.
