Configure products, rules and workflows
Configuration APIs are tenant-scoped. Apply changes first in a non-production tenant and retain the correlation ID used for each mutation.
Generate jurisdiction defaults

Rules include a condition, action, priority, enabled state and optional applicability list. Workflow steps execute in their declared order and accept an explicit context object.
Change discipline
Section titled “Change discipline”- Export or read the current configuration.
- Validate the proposed change against the OpenAPI schema.
- Use a unique idempotency and correlation identifier.
- Read the resulting resource and version.
- Verify downstream projections before exposing the change operationally.
